The flats for sale in Mil Palmeras Spain are 1,5 km from the beach, 2,4 km from Lo Monte Campsite, 4 km from Pilar de la Horadada's sports center, 5 km from Pilar de la Horadada high street/city center, 9,5 km from La Zenia Boulevard a famous open-air shopping center, 10 km from the port of San Pedro, home to several luxury cruises, 11 km from Dos Mares Shopping Center. In addition, both Alicante and Murcia International Airports are within 1-hour drive from the flats.

The modern complex offers its residents access to the large communal pool with its green areas and shaded spots and a communal parking area.

The flats consist of 1 or 2 double bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living area with large french-style windows that lead out to the sun terrace and allow in ample natural light.
