Benajarafe has one of Spain's most favorable climates enjoying the sub-tropical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and warm winters. The area offers plenty of open-air activities. The picturesque mountainous Axarquia region is ideal for hikers, nature lovers, and anybody who appreciates natural beauty.

The house for sale in Vélez-Málaga is located within walking distance to the amenities and services in the center of the settlement. The property is situated 400 mt to the beach, 500 mt to the center. It takes only a short drive to get on the main A-7 highway. The village of Benajarafe is 7 km to Rincón de la Victoria, 30 km to the center of Málaga, 38 km to the Málaga's international airport.
