F) The lower part must be integrated into the rest of the facade.
G) Roofs must be finished with Spanish tiles (teja àrabe) or terraces or a combination of both. In any case, the roof slope should be between 15% and 30%.
H) Terraces should have masonry walls and must always be integrated with the facade.
I) The use of imitation materials of any class or type is prohibited.
J) All colors and textures must complement the existing buildings in general.
K) Exterior boundary line shall be formed by plants (hedges), not exceeding 1.4 m in height, with the sole exception of entrance gates, which may be built in wrought iron and/or wood and up to 2.5 m in height.
L) Interior boundary lines shall be formed by plants (hedges) and must not exceed 1.4 m meters in height.
M) Clothes lines or lines that are visible from the exterior of the building are not permitted.
